Our client, a Florida law firm specializing in family law, has an opportunity for a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its outstanding team in West Palm Beach, Florida.

What You'll Do

• Manage family law cases with guidance from supervising attorneys as needed
• Prepare pleadings, declarations, financial disclosures, and mediation and trial briefs
• Propound and respond to discovery, prepare meet-and-confer letters, and handle motions to compel
• Prepare deposition outlines and witness questions for evidentiary hearings and trial
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong drafting, organization, and client communication skills
• Comfort appearing in court and handling hearings
• A compassionate, professional approach to sensitive client matters
