Position Summary: The Janitor is responsible for general cleaning of common areas, trash and recycling disposal and major floor care projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of common areas.
• Picks up and removes trash and recycle from the Community.
• Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.
• Banquet and event set up.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Available seven (7) days per week for work schedule.
