Goodwill SoCal is seeking a motivated

WCD Programs Assistant

to provide administrative and participant support that ensures a welcoming and efficient experience for those entering our workforce programs. What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing information and support.

Collect and verify client documentation and assist with enrollments.

Support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality.

Coordinate and assist in facilitation of workshops, job fairs, and calendar scheduling for the program team.

What You Bring: High school diploma/GED required; some experience in office or customer service preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and computer skills.

Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
