Job DescriptionCollege Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) - start date July 2027 in Andover, MAMercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As a Software System Test REP Engineer, you'll join a collaborative Software Test Automation team focused on automating the software and firmware tests for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications. This role offers hands-on experience with hardware, firmware and software products and a holistic view of the system.In addition to a competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and continuous skill development, you'll join a talented, innovative team where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.What this program offers:The Rotational Engineering Program (REP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders.You will gain:Hands on technical and leadership developmentExposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two-year program, based on your skills and business needsOpportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive managementChallenging assignments that build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organizationThe opportunity to explore individual interest aligned with company objectivesJob Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scriptsPerform functional, regression, and performance testing on hardware and firmware/software/systemsDocument test results, defects, and anomalies in tracking systemsSupport automation testing efforts and script developmentLeverage AI tools to accelerate test case development and automationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and qualificationAnalyze test data and prepare reports on findingsMaintain and calibrate test equipment as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives in testing processesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field obtained between May 2026 and June 2027A minimum GPA of 3.1. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review processPrior Co-Op or internship experienceCoursework or project experience in software testing methodologiesFamiliarity with programming languages (Python, C#, Bash, Java, or similar languages)Experience with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenCode, VScode, or similar)Foundational understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and board‑level hardwareAbility to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and engineering requirementsExperience using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators)"This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance.
