- Check in/out guests professionally and efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with appointment changes and cancellations.
- Sell memberships, gift cards, upgrades, and retail products.
- Educate guests on services, promotions, and membership benefits.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client files, forms, and notes.
- Process payments and transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby.
- Communicate effectively with service providers and management.
- Complete general spa tasks during downtime, including laundry, restocking, cleaning, and organization.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
