Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Utilities and Outage Maintenance Leader for our Brunswick Cellulose facility. In this role, you will lead maintenance and reliability for the mill's recovery, power, recausticizing, and waste-treatment operations while owning the mill-wide outage-planning process. You will partner across operations, engineering, procurement, and maintenance to improve equipment reliability and deliver safe, predictable, and cost-effective outages. Our Team The Brunswick Cellulose facility is one of the largest integrated fluff pulp mills in the country, with a modern woodyard, fiber line, three paper machines, waste-treatment plant, and utilities operations. Strengthen planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment criticality strategies, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action closure. Partner with operations and engineering to identify equipment risks and prioritize repairs, outage work, and long-term capital or replacement needs. Manage maintenance and outage budgets, forecasts, contractors, scope changes, and performance measures while maintaining strong safety, environmental, and equipment-integrity standards. Build capability and accountability across supervisors, planners, crafts, engineers, contractors, and operating partners through visible field leadership and disciplined execution. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience leading maintenance or reliability improvement in a continuous-process manufacturing environment. Experience planning and executing major outages, turnarounds, or complex maintenance events. Experience applying preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, equipment criticality, and reliability-improvement methods. Experience managing maintenance or outage budgets, contractors, priorities, and scope changes while working across operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Experience in pulp and paper, chemical processing, power generation, or another asset-intensive continuous-process industry.
