Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assess patients' mental and physical status
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Consult with supervising psychiatrists as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Master's Degree in Nursing - Psychiatric/Mental Health (MSN-PMHNP).
- Active PMHNP license in the state of Ohio.
- DEA license with authority to prescribe psychotropic medications.
- Experience working with geriatric or subacute populations preferred.
