About the Clinician's Workday This locum tenens anesthesiologist position covers day shifts Monday through Friday at an operating room facility in Elmira, NY, with scheduling options of five 8-hour or four 10-hour shifts per week. The anesthesiologist will function under a medical direction model, providing oversight and direction to a team of CRNAs at 50% hands-on involvement. The clinician will deliver perioperative anesthesia care across bread and butter surgical cases, including general surgery, orthopedic, and neurological procedures, with OB coverage required. The facility utilizes Epic EMR to support clinical documentation and perioperative workflows, and board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
