Every shift brings new interactions, new moments to brighten someones day, and plenty of opportunities to showcase your hospitality skills./ppIf you thrive in an energetic setting where every shift brings something new, this position delivers that momentum./ph2How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h2ullipDemonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready-to-learn attitude./p/lilipGreets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture./p/lilipWorks a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed./p/liliProvide Family Style Service and support all aspects of the Caesars Rewards loyalty program./liliResponsible for maintaining daily procedures, which include discerning appropriate ID, filing, record keeping, problem solving and navigating various computer software/programs./lilipAssist guests with all data integrity account issues; including issuing Caesars Rewards cards, PIN creation, changes and resets, out of sync mail files, suspended accounts, returned mail, and research all account discrepancies and inquiries regarding tracked play and coupons/p/liliHelp facilitate the front-line execution of various marketing efforts./liliIssues new and replacement Caesars Rewards cards to guests/liliStays knowledgeable and able to articulate to guests information about the various ongoing and future promotions./liliInteract with other casino-related departments on a routine basis./liliBe visible and available to listen to and discern guest concerns and quickly attempt to remedy different situations./liliManage guest lines in an efficient manner./liliPerform all routine opening/closing responsibilities./liliAlways available to assist with other duties when necessary to support marketing efforts and or the Caesars Rewards loyalty program./lilipVerifies guests eligibility to enter private Laurel Lounge areas and eligibility of guests. Maintains access to the VIP Laurel Lounge within department standards/p/liliHelp service guests as necessary in a team aspect. Previous computer skills preferred./p/lilipMust enjoy working with the public. Previous experience working in a customer service position./p/lilipAbility to work in a loud, fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints./p/lilipRequires frequent, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift./p/lilipThis position may require long periods of sitting, standing.
