Entry Level Sales
$60k - $100kHome Genius Exteriors is seeking an Entry Level Sales professional to promote roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation to residential homeowners. In this field-based role, you'll prospect neighborhoods, respond to company leads, perform basic exterior inspections, and educate customers on solutions and financing options. We provide comprehensive sales and product training, clear goals, and strong support from a fast-growing, performance-driven team. Ideal candidates are energetic, coachable, comfortable working outdoors, and motivated by commission-based earnings and advancement opportunities in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Prospect residential neighborhoods and generate new leads
- Respond to inbound and company-provided leads
- Conduct basic exterior home inspections for roofing, siding, and related products
- Deliver in-home sales presentations and explain product and financing options
- Build relationships with homeowners and maintain follow-up communication
- Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and sales activity
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams for smooth project handoff
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
