Job Number: R0244110 Overview We are looking for a Senior OCI Developer/Cloud Engineer to build cloud‑based technical architecture solutions, leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to meet client needs across the defense industry. You will recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and help teams overcome cloud challenges while growing your skills in areas such as AI. Responsibilities You’ll recommend tools and solutions based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of on‑premise, cloud‑based, and hybrid resources. You’ll work with your team to help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud and develop critical systems for the defense industry. Qualifications You Have: 5+ years of experience using software with a cloud‑first development approach 5+ years of experience with OCI enterprise solutions, including on‑premise or hybrid solutions 3+ years of experience with OCI services and cloud‑native architecture patterns, including Compute, Autonomous Database, Exadata Database, security policies, security groups, and network security 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or OCI Resource Manager Experience working with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration Experience developing and maintaining advanced OCI solutions Secret clearance Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in a software engineering or IT technical role in lieu of a degree Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of hire date Nice If You Have: Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation Experience with system migration from AWS to OCI Experience with OCI AI, ML and LLM offerings Experience leading technical initiatives in large‑scale environments Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements OCI Certifications such as OCI Architect or OCI Developer Certifications IAT Level II+ Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certifications Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
