Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO, 64081. As a Master Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of plumbing services for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, while also mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Responsibilities- Lead and supervise plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Mentor and train junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project costs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
- Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a strong background in both residential and commercial systems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
