You will be responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, while also mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. • Lead and supervise plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
• Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Mentor and train junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project costs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.

• Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a strong background in both residential and commercial systems.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
