Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with store operations teams to drive associate engagement and communicate pharmacy and company strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescription fills by performing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage department profitability and prescription growth through clinical programs including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Oversee inventory control, order pharmaceutical stock, and track weekly sales alongside the district manager.
• Align operational activities with measurable performance metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide superior customer service, addressing medical-related questions and delivering healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Ensure pharmacy security and maintain a clean, organized department environment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues to foster trust and loyalty.
• Engage with physicians and utilize reference materials to address medication-related questions.
• Manage daily pharmacy tasks like cycle counts, inventory, and will-calls promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree required.
• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in Pennsylvania.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

• Approximately 62 hours bi-weekly.
• Variable shifts including 10-hour shifts (9am-7pm), 11-hour shifts (9am-8pm), and 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 9am-9pm).
• Shift patterns include days and afternoons.
