Lubbock Sports Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our clinic-based team specializing in orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will manage a moderate caseload, providing expert assessment and rehabilitation services to patients. This role requires collaborative care planning and a commitment to patient education to support recovery and enhance physical function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical condition and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and wellness strategies
- Provide rehabilitation to orthopedic patients in a clinic setting
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments and treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state
