Lubbock Sports Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our clinic-based team specializing in orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will manage a moderate caseload, providing expert assessment and rehabilitation services to patients. This role requires collaborative care planning and a commitment to patient education to support recovery and enhance physical function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical condition and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and wellness strategies
• Provide rehabilitation to orthopedic patients in a clinic setting
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state
