About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in partnership with the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall management, including the evolution of the organization's strategic direction, brand, programs, human capital, finances, and day-to-day operations. This role requires fostering a collaborative and respectful environment, nurturing the team's passion for the mission, and ensuring high performance through effective staff management. The CEO will also serve as the primary spokesperson, responsible for cultivating relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, engaging in media, and public speaking, and will be a key liaison to community organizations, dedicated to building strong, impactful partnerships. The ideal CEO for the company will have a fresh vision, energy, and a strong business acumen to guide the organization through its next phase of growth. A commitment to the principles of the organization, including the disruption of systems of oppression within the sector, is essential. The role demands a leader who can create opportunities, even in challenging circumstances, and who approaches the work with creativity, innovation, and a willingness to take risks. The CEO will be instrumental in the development of the sexual and reproductive healthcare workforce, with a focus on the critical role of nurses, and will be responsible for the effective recruitment, training, professional development, mentoring, and evaluation of staff in line with the organization's mission.
