Onboarding Information: Complete the application with a 10-year work history, 3 years of residence, and any tickets or accidents within the last 5 years. A phone interview will be completed to review qualifications and the CDL-A truck driver position. Once reports are completed, qualified candidates may receive a job offer and start date. - Pay and Home Time: CDL-A truck drivers will make weekly pay of $1,500 to $1,900. Drivers are home weekly for a minimum 34-hour reset, scheduled during the week rather than on weekends.
- Duties: As a CDL-A truck driver, you will haul retail store goods in a 53-foot dry van trailer throughout the designated states. This is a 100% driver unload account, with unloading completed using rollers. Drivers average about 1,400 miles per week. Strong backing skills are essential for this role.
- Freight: This dedicated account moves retail store goods on consistent freight lanes. Drivers should be comfortable with customer deliveries, driver unload freight, and regular retail freight movement.
- Equipment: Drivers operate automatic trucks assigned to support dedicated freight and regular route expectations.
- Class A CDL
- Current DOT medical card
- 12 months in 36 months of tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Ability to handle receipts, read maps, read road signs, and maintain logs
