Why Haven A small family like environment where focus is on patient outcomes Dedicated, passionate leaders who are hands‑on and accessible Position Summary: Primary focus is to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for individuals dealing with various behavioral and mental health problems in order to help support their recovery and well‑being. Education: Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field, e.g., Social Work or Professional Counseling, required Certification/License: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); full clinical licensure. Licensure, as determined by the State, required to complete the essential job functions of the position. Experience: Two (2) years of experience working with clinical multidisciplinary teams, preferred. Two (2) years direct practice experience, with at least one (1) year experience working with behavioral health populations in an outpatient setting, preferred. Clinical training in evidenced‑based treatment modalities required.
