Requirements: Built for the Grind
Operate CNC laser and machining equipment. Perform lathe work, sawing, bending, drilling & tapping. Read and interpret blueprints & work orders. Produce high-quality parts with tight tolerances. Inspect using calipers, micrometers & gauges. Maintain equipment & troubleshoot as needed. Keep a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements: Built for the Grind
- 6 months - 1 year of bandsaw experience (within the last year)
- CNC machining experience required
- Strong safety awareness & attention to detail
- Ability to learn multiple positions and adapt quickly
- Reliable transportation + strong attendance is a MUST
- Steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection required
Operate CNC laser and machining equipment. Perform lathe work, sawing, bending, drilling & tapping. Read and interpret blueprints & work orders. Produce high-quality parts with tight tolerances.
