Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy approaches aimed at helping them reach their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other healthcare professionals including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Empower Patients and Families: Offer education and techniques to patients and caregivers for ongoing support as they progress at home
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Continuously monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimum patient journey

Education Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications welcomed and supported

Licensing

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy required
