Job Description Job Description Job Title: Front Desk Clerk Location: Greenville Inn & Suites – Greenville, SC Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Overview: Greenville Inn & Suites is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Clerk plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities: Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed Follow hotel policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays OPEN INTERVIEWS: MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, 9am-1pm, BRING OR EMAIL COPY OF RESUME Greenville Inn and Suites 1314 South Pleasantburg Dr Greenville, SC 29605
