Information Support Specialist II (Onsite in Rutland, VT)

The IT Support Specialist II provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of end-user systems, infrastructure, and core applications in both on-prem and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-user support via phone, in-person, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot devices, servers, networks, and applications
Manage user access, system provisioning, and daily IT operations
Maintain documentation, backups, and operational controls
Support branch locations onsite and assist with escalated issues
Monitor systems and ensure compliance with security and IT standards
Requirements
~5+ years of IT support experience (financial services a plus)
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy
Solid understanding of Windows environments, networking basics, and infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills
