Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through email, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Provide information about dry cleaning products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously
- Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Job Details
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Flexible scheduling available
- Work Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
- No Sunday shifts
