Infant Babysitter

Overview Seeking a kind, dependable, and experienced nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby in our Lakewood/East Dallas home starting Monday, June 22, 2026. This part-time position requires care from Monday to Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm. While I work from home, I need someone to confidently take the lead as the primary caregiver. Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to our baby Handle diaper changes and general baby care Engage in age-appropriate play and support developmental milestones Follow nap routines and help settle the baby for sleep Monitor and respond to baby's needs and cues Perform light baby-related cleanup (bottles, toys, play area) Qualifications Hands-on experience with young infants CPR and First Aid certification (infant) Current vaccinations recommended for infant caregivers (Tdap, flu, etc.) Non-smoking habits and no vaping Reliable transportation and punctuality Comfort working with a parent present Alignment with a no-screen approach for baby care Strong references from previous families Compensation Compensation ranges from $20-$26/hour based on qualifications and fit.
