Start: ASAP - fast credentialing
Procedures: Typical primary care duties
PPD: 17 patients per day
Support Staff: MA on site & full office staff
Schedule: 8am- 6pm
EMR: EClinicalWorks
Rate: Discussed during call
Will provide malpractice.
