About the Role:
Join Furniture Mart as a Furniture Delivery Driver and be a key part of our commitment to exceptional customer service. Based in Gretna, LA, you will ensure our beautiful furniture reaches our customers safely and on time.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport and deliver furniture to customers' homes.
Load and unload furniture from delivery vehicles with care.
Provide excellent customer service during each delivery.
Inspect and report any damages to furniture prior to delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Assist in warehouse duties as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

Valid Chaufferslicense with a clean driving record.
Experience in delivery or logistics preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
