NOW HIRING - 2026/2027 School Year Location(s): Gillette Elementary and Millington Elementary Schools Pay: $19.00/hour Hours: 7:00-8:30am & 2:30-6:30pm We're hiring for our Before & After School Programs! Join AlphaBEST Education on July 16 for on-the-spot interviews for Site Directors, Group Leaders, and Assistant Group Leaders. About the Role As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team. Responsibilities Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain) Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) Ideal Candidate Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed Ideal for Students Studying Education Child Development Psychology Social Work Recreation or Youth Development Why Join Us?
