About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its public defense organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal representation and support services to clients. This role involves managing a large and diverse staff, including attorneys, social workers, and administrative personnel, and requires a strong commitment to the principles of social justice and the right to counsel. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and the public, to advance the mission of the organization.
