A Day in the Life of a Universal Banker As our Universal Banker, you play a vital role in growing relationships and sharing about the great products and services that we offer. Universal Banker Qualifications High School Diploma 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field Previous banking experience desired and/or understanding of bank products and services, including the rules, regulations, policies and procedures Flexible schedule We are looking for an individual who excels in communication, organization, time management, prioritization, accuracy, and remains calm under pressure. Universal Banker Work Schedule Your schedule as a full‑time Universal Banker is typically Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an average of 40 hours per week.
