EPIC Analyst

job summary:
We are seeking a strategic Epic Application Analyst to analyze our organization's care delivery and business needs, transforming them into powerful technology solutions. In this role, you won't just configure software-you will act as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, mapping complex business processes to Epic's advanced capabilities to drive efficiency and improve patient care.

responsibilities:

Strategic Business Mapping: Analyze overall business and information needs to develop innovative solutions for technology and operational challenges.

Solution Design & Documentation: Translate complex organizational requirements into clear IT definitions and well-documented technical solutions.

Client Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, evaluate cost/benefit ratios of potential implementations, and negotiate optimal solution paths.

Epic Optimization: Leverage deep system knowledge to match product capabilities perfectly with care delivery and business requirements.

qualifications:
4+ Years of Relevant EPIC Tapestry experience:

Tapestry (Referrals and Claims)

Experience on Service Authorization Unified Auth Requirements and Interoperability APIs,

Experience working with 278/275 Integrations

Experience with data and build analysis.
