Requirements U.S. citizen with active DHS, DoD Top Secret, or Q-level clearance Technical delivery, project/program management, and Agile leadership experience Ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams Experience with Jira/Confluence, SDLC practices, technical reporting, and stakeholder briefings Strong communication and federal enterprise delivery experience Compensation: $175,000 target salary.
