Associate AI Engineer

Salary: $63,360 - 137,040 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We are looking for 0–3 years of experience in software engineering, AI, machine learning, data engineering, analytics, or similar technical areas.
• We expect working knowledge of Python or a comparable programming language.
• We need a solid grasp of software development fundamentals and practical problem-solving approaches.
• Familiarity with data structures, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, or modern development tools is important.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities are required.
• We value genuine curiosity and interest in emerging AI and data technologies.
• Preferred exposure includes Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, or comparable platforms.
• Additional advantage comes from familiarity with AI, generative AI, large language models, retrieval systems, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, data preparation, ETL/ELT, or pipeline concepts is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, DevOps, MLOps, or software engineering workflows is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, data, or software engineering technologies are preferred.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and governance principles is desirable.

• We develop and maintain application components, APIs, integrations, and automation capabilities.
• We assist in evaluating model performance, response quality, scalability, and user experience.
• We take part in testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI solutions.
• In the data engineering and analytics path, we collect, cleanse, transform, validate, and prepare structured and unstructured data for AI and analytics use cases.
• We use SQL, Python, and approved platform tools to query, manipulate, and analyze data.
• We assist with exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, insights, and data quality issues.
• We support the creation of data workflows, reusable scripts, data pipelines, and data preparation processes.
• We help prepare training data, features, and evaluation datasets for machine learning and AI initiatives.
• We contribute to data governance, quality, lineage, and operational excellence practices.
• We deliver high-quality work with growing independence and technical confidence.
• We strengthen practical AI, software, and data engineering capabilities.
• We contribute to solutions that improve business results and user experiences.
