Job Description

Join Our Culinary Family! The Brick House is looking for a passionate Line Cook to join our team in Lodi. We are a family-owned American Italian restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Whether you are looking for flexible part-time hours or a stable full-time career, we have a spot for you in our kitchen.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive Wages: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience and flexible Schedules for Full-time and part-time shifts are available.

What You Will Do

Cook high-quality American Italian menu items efficiently.
Manage Stations: Set up, stock, and maintain your line station daily.
Ensure Quality: Follow exact recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
Maintain Safety: Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and compliant with health codes.

What We Look For Experience

Minimum of 1–2 years of line cook experience preferred.
Strong knife skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude.

Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
