IPM Technician

Licensed Pest Control Technician – Worcester/Providence Area We are seeking a licensed Pest Control Technician to join our team in the Worcester‑Newton‑Natick‑Acton MA and Providence RI marketing area. Job Responsibilities Accurately identify pests and assess infestation levels to determine effective treatment plans. Apply chemical and non‑chemical treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all regulatory requirements. Regularly monitor pest activity and modify treatment strategies based on site‑specific dynamics and client feedback. Maintain and calibrate pest control equipment and manage supplies inventory to ensure operational readiness. Educate clients on pest behavior, treatment procedures, and preventive measures. Complete detailed service reports documenting treatments, pest activity, and client interactions. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies. Respond to emergency pest situations promptly, providing solutions. Collaborate with team members and the IPM Area Supervisor to enhance service efficacy and customer satisfaction. Maintain Outlook email and Teams account (check emails at least twice daily). Requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. State pesticide applicator’s license (paid training and state certifications provided for non‑licensed new hires). High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work full‑time, including overtime during the busy season. Pass a pre‑employment background check.
