Remote Graphic Designer

Coalition Technologies is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled **Remote Graphic Designer** to create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, advertising, branding, social media, email marketing, and web design projects. This role is ideal for someone with **strong design skills, a polished portfolio, and experience creating both performance-focused and visually engaging designs across multiple platforms.**

As a Graphic Designer, you will design static and animated ad banners, marketing emails, social media graphics, logos, brand guides, print materials, website mockups, and other creative assets. You will collaborate with Digital Producers, copywriters, PPC specialists, and other team members to create designs that support client goals while balancing visual appeal and performance needs.

As a Graphic Designer, your duties will include:

* Designing static and animated banners for digital advertising campaigns
* Designing marketing emails for email campaigns
* Creating social media graphics and posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Tumblr, and LinkedIn
* Designing unique logos and brand guides from scratch
* Drawing vector icons and illustrations
* Designing print materials such as brochures, letterheads, and business cards
* Creating website mockups and related graphics for desktop and mobile to support the web design team when needed
* Participating in client meetings and working with Digital Producers to support client goals through creative, clear, and effective design
* Collaborating with copywriters, PPC specialists, and other teams to establish project vision, develop creative concepts, and balance visual appeal with performance needs
* Preparing clean, organized, and easy-to-use design files
* Completing projects on schedule while following design methodology and quality standards

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong mastery of photo and design editing software
* Passion for design, branding, marketing, advertising, and online content creation
* Strong portfolio showcasing experience designing ad banners, marketing emails, social media posts, and logos
* General understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Tumblr, and LinkedIn
* Desire to continue learning and stay current with design industry trends
* Ability to perform well under pressure and meet short deadlines
* Experience presenting design materials to clients professionally
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
* Reliable remote workstation, including a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and reliable power

The following experience is preferred but not required:

* Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
* Knowledge of Klaviyo and Mailchimp
* Experience with project tools such as Basecamp, QuickBooks, and Google Docs
* Professional experience working with advertising agencies or in digital marketing
* Experience designing infographics, slide presentations, and print designs
* Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
* Illustration or traditional drawing skills

For candidates located in **California, New York, Washington, and Colorado**, the starting base pay for this position ranges from **$17 to $35 per hour.** Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. For candidates outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the listed range.
