Job Description Facility Management Contractors Needed (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Handyman) We are seeking experienced independent contractors to handle commercial facility management work orders in the following trades: Plumbing Electrical HVAC (Commercial) General Repair / Handyman This is ongoing 1099 contract work for skilled professionals who can independently diagnose and complete commercial repairs. Responsibilities by Trade Plumbing Commercial plumbing repairs and drainage issues Leak detection and repair Fixture replacements (toilets, faucets, valves) Water heater troubleshooting Electrical Troubleshooting electrical problems Running new lines and circuits Replacing breakers, outlets, and lighting fixtures Resolving power and system issues Handyman / General Repair Drywall repair and painting Minor carpentry and door repairs Ceiling tile and fixture replacement General facility maintenance tasks HVAC Troubleshooting commercial RTUs and other units Repairing motors, belts, thermostats Preventative maintenance Diagnosing heating and cooling issues Requirements Proven commercial experience in your trade Ability to work independently Own tools and reliable transportation Proper licensing (as required) Strong troubleshooting skills Professional communication We offer consistent work orders and long-term contractor opportunities.
