WOODHAVEN ASSOCIATION is accepting applications for a flexible year round Real Estate Sales Broker in the Woodhaven Lakes Realty Office . This position, assists clients in buying and selling property. Responsibilities include assisting buyers and sellers on all aspects of buying and selling real estate; including showing property to clients, assisting clients on listing and offer prices, drawing up real estate contracts, ordering closing work, accompanying clients on final walk-through and attending closings. Looking for a current real estate license holder but will consider someone willing and able to be enrolled in a current real estate licensing program. Customer service and computer skills required. Qualifications include effective verbal and written communication skills, organization and ability to prioritize efficiently.
