Someone who can communicate really well with the owner, catch the vision for the fast-growing young company, help set goals, keep the team on track to reach those goals, and be unique and innovative in how we accomplish this. 

Someone not afraid to incorporate AI workflows and think outside the box to give us that edge over the competition. Someone who can see the latest trends, is fearless, and takes initiative in execution. 

Someone with personality. This is construction, so someone who has a gritty side. ????

Having construction knowledge is a plus.

This role requires talking with vendors and sales at times. So, a positive upbeat personality is a huge bonus. 

We might be looking for a unicorn but we will wait till we find one. ????
