Job Description Customer Service Representative – Luxury Dry Cleaner (Full-Time) Nu Way Cleaners and Taylor’s Inc. White Plains, NY We are a busy, high-end dry cleaning and laundry service located in the heart of White Plains, serving discerning clients who expect the very best. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our front-counter team. Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist customers at the front counter Accurately tag/log incoming dry cleaning and laundry orders using our POS system Retrieve and hand back finished orders with care and attention to detail Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-counter area Assist with light assembly/packaging of orders when needed Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written) – excellent communication is a must Professional appearance and demeanor Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer/point-of-sale experience (will train on our system) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Weekend availability strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Pay increase upon successful completion of training period Employee discounts on dry cleaning services Friendly, team-oriented work environment If you love working with people, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and want to be part of a well-established White Plains business, we’d love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Nu-Way Cleaners & Tailors of Westch
