Registered Nurse, PACU
Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License in hand
1 year of Level I or large Level II experience required

Preferred Qualifications
PALS preferred
