Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends (every other weekend)

• Alternative shift options available: Monday through Thursday 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (negotiable for 3 twelve-hour shifts)

• Work independently with problem-solving capabilities required

• Must be CT registered with ARRT certification

• KSBHA license required

• 2-3+ years of CT experience preferred

• GE scanner experience preferred

• Perform mixture of CT procedures including head, cervical spine, chest, abdomen, and pelvis

• Handle trauma series and CTA studies (chest, neck, abdomen)

• Conduct CTA cardiac studies as part of structural heart program

• Perform CT head stroke protocol procedures

• Work with both adult and pediatric patients

• Handle busy patient load from outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department

• Average approximately 130 CT scans per day

• Black scrubs required (not provided by facility)

• Must work well in fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with other departments

Facility:

This healthcare organization is a 750-bed hospital that serves as a Level 1 trauma center and primary stroke center. The facility operates a busy CT department with 24/7 staffing and features four GE scanners (64 slice and above). The organization includes an attached pediatric hospital and maintains a structural heart program. The facility uses Meditech EMR and FUJI Synapse PACS systems, providing comprehensive imaging services to a diverse patient population.
