Sr. Consultant, Advanced Analytics

Job Summary Senior Consultant responsible for leading the development and execution of complex analytical initiatives that address significant client issues or opportunities. The role acts as a subject‑matter expert, proactively identifying trends and issues utilizing advanced analytical techniques and tools, and provides expertise and direction on analytical solutions/services internally and externally. The Senior Consultant mentors and guides less experienced team members and contributes to the strategic direction of the Advanced Analytics team. Key Responsibilities Lead complex client analytics projects from definition to delivery, taking ownership of project management, client relationship building, and successful execution of externally focused analytic deliverables. Design and oversee the development of sophisticated analytical solutions to address complex client problems. Provide expert guidance on advanced analytical techniques, data modeling, and experimental design to project teams. Lead client workshops and strategic discussions to uncover business needs and translate them into analytical opportunities. Mentor mid‑ and junior‑level consultants, fostering their growth in analytical techniques, client engagement, and problem‑solving. Contribute to the strategic direction and capability development of the Advanced Analytics team by sharing innovative approaches and solutions. Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to client management and internal stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics in a client‑facing consulting or strategic analytical role. Proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and driving measurable business outcomes. Bachelor’s degree required. Expert analytical skills in synthesizing complex information to identify root causes and develop innovative strategic solutions. Advanced technical proficiency: SQL, advanced Excel (including VBA/macros), at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy), and a statistical programming language (Python or R). Knowledge of big data platforms or cloud analytics environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Strategic client‑relationship management skills, ability to cultivate senior‑level relationships, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and influence decision‑making. Exceptional organizational, planning, and executing skills for multiple concurrent projects. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering compelling narratives to management‑level audiences. Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. Proficiency in critical thinking, risk contingency planning, and strategic business acumen. Compensation USD $65,529.00 – $112,644.00 annually (base salary). Compensation varies based on job‑related factors.
