Senior Admin Support / Project IS

E-logic is seeking an advanced Senior Administrative Support professional specializing in Project Information Systems (IS) to optimize administrative workflows for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating sophisticated organizational policies that keep agency operations running smoothly. Additionally, you will act as a key technological facilitator, managing high-level conference room setups and troubleshooting complex AV equipment during live government events. This position is 100% onsite at USTDA Headquarters in Arlington, VA; telework is not available. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, write, and deploy structured organizational and administrative policies to streamline internal agency communications and electronic workflows. Audit and evaluate administrative program effectiveness, utilizing data metrics to recommend workflow automation or system updates. Manage specialized digital project information systems, overseeing user data mapping, permissions, and electronic database consistency. Own the full setup and real-time execution of the agency's primary multimedia, board, and conference rooms for high-profile stakeholder meetings. Troubleshoot complex audio-visual hardware, connectivity, and transmission feeds during live virtual or hybrid federal events. Conceptualize, format, and edit professional audio-visual content, digital decks, and multimedia assets for agency-wide presentations. Requirements 10+ years of administrative management or relevant information systems support experience. College degree in Business, Information Management, or related technical certifications. Deep knowledge of corporate-level or agency-level presentation systems and AV hardware setups. Important Notice This role is part of a proposal for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA).
