En Chick-fil-ASavannah Quarters, el rol de miembro del equipo de cocina es ms que un trabajo; es una oportunidad. Adems de trabajar directamente para un propietario/operador independiente, los miembros del equipo de la parte trasera de la casa adquieren experiencia de vida que va mucho ms all de servir un gran producto en un entorno amigable. Son responsables de brindar una experiencia gastronmica excepcional para todos los que sirven cada da y de garantizar que todos los huspedes reciban el servicio y la comida exclusivos de Chick-fil-A.

Responsabilidades de los miembros del equipo de la parte trasera de la casa:
- Prepare, cocine, ensamble y presente alimentos de manera segura, rpida y eficiente, cumpliendo con los estndares de Chick-fil-A
- Conozca las tareas de todas las estaciones de cocina, incluidas las papas fritas, el empanizado, el ensamblaje, las tablas y la preparacin de alimentos.
- Abastecer el inventario de la cocina segn sea necesario
- Mantn la cocina ordenada, limpia y ordenada en todo momento
- Mantente al da con los nuevos productos lanzados por Chick-fil-A
- Trabaje de forma segura alrededor de los equipos de cocina e informe cualquier problema de mantenimiento a la direccin
- Mantenga el conocimiento personal completando la capacitacin interna y mantngase actualizado sobre cualquier cambio
- Complete todas las tareas de apertura o cierre asignadas
- Cumplir con las reglas y el cdigo de vestimenta de Chick-fil-A en todo momento
- Otras funciones que se le asignen
Requisitos y requisitos:
- Debe tener al menos 16 aos de edad en la fecha de contratacin
- Consistente y confiable, con una fuente confiable de transporte
- Actitud alegre y positiva a la que le encanta servir y ayudar a los dems.
- Orientado al servicio al cliente
- Debe ser capaz de responder a los cambios o ediciones de los pedidos de forma rpida y eficiente
- Orientado a los detalles
- Capaz de realizar mltiples tareas en un entorno caluroso, ruidoso y de ritmo rpido
- Funciona bien de forma independiente y en un entorno de equipo
- Estar dispuesto y ser capaz de trabajar en un horario flexible
- Debe funcionar bien bajo presin
- Tener la capacidad de levantar y cargar 50 libras de forma regular
- Tener la capacidad de estar de pie durante largos perodos de tiempo
- Capaz de manejar todo el equipo, sartenes, ollas, estanteras de navegacin tanto altas como bajas
- Debe ser elegible para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
La mayora de los restaurantes Chick-fil-A son operados por propietarios de negocios franquiciados independientes que toman todas sus propias decisiones de empleo y son responsables de sus propias contenido y polticas.
