OR RN Circulator

We are seeking a dedicated OR RN Circulator for a full-time position. The successful candidate will work four 10-hour shifts during the day, with weekend, holiday, and on-call requirements as needed.

Job Description/General Duties

The OR RN Circulator will be responsible for the following:

• Assessing the physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs of patients.
• Reviewing patient history and completing assessments within the required timeframe.
• Evaluating available information obtained by other healthcare team members.
• Analyzing diagnostics and laboratory data, reporting any abnormal results to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Formulating and initiating a comprehensive plan of care tailored to the individual patient's needs, including discharge planning.
• Setting realistic and measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families.
• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive support for the patient.
• Regularly reviewing and updating the plan of care to reflect any changes in the patient's condition.

Minimum Requirements

• One year of professional experience in nursing.
• Current RN license.
