ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a physician recruiter and later as an Office Manager for a logistics company. I'm originally from Louisiana, graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a degree in Speech Pathology, and come from a big family with seven siblings. Those experiences have shaped my passion for building relationships and serving others. Giving back is an important part of our agency. I serve on the Black Chamber Board, participate in St. Jude fundraisers, and organize annual community events like food and coat drives. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative for Shon Henry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Experience in managing customer relationships preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Dedicated to customer service. Able to anticipate customer needs.
