Sales Associates play a key role in driving retail success by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. They work closely with the sales team to meet store goals and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information about merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and restock shelves as needed
- Build and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Stay informed about promotions, product features, and store policies
