A career at KPM simply adds up.Job Duties May Include:Payroll processing & tax paymentsPayroll report preparationSales & use tax calculations & reportingMonthly accounting write up & financial statement preparationExamination of accounting records, including financial statements & other financial reports to access accuracy, completeness & conformance to standards defined within the departmentBuilding & maintaining client relationshipsCompletion of various special projects as they ariseRequired Skills:Excellent QuickBooks & QuickBooks Online skillsExcellent MS Office skillsTop-notch client service skillsMust be prompt, organized & courteousMaintain strict confidentiality of the firm's clients & businessesAbility to work as a team player in a deadline driven environmentExcellent oral & written communication skillsRequired Experience:QuickBooks & QuickBooks Online experience (Certification Preferred)Experience with cloud accounting & payroll apps & ACS a plusHigh school graduate or equivalent, college degree in accounting or related field strongly preferredA minimum of two years accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably in a professional environmentPreference will be given to candidates who hold a CPA license or are actively pursuing CPA certificationSince 1966, KPM has served a variety of industries and clientele, providing accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services to help clients prosper.
