POSITION SUMMARY: The Sonographer will produce imaging using ultrasound technology to assist physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. Specifically, the sonographer conducts ultrasound exams and documents clinically appropriate results for interpretive physicians and records.Desired Professional Skills And Experience:Successful completion of a sonography program at an accredited schoolCurrent registration with the American Registry of Medical Sonography (ARDMS)CCI PreferredState licensure where requiredBCLS requiredMust be experienced in Echocardiogram or willing to cross train in EchocardiogramTake RVT board exam within one year of employment if not already certified.This position is for a sonographer already scanning most general type exams with additional cardiac experience or interested/willing to cross train to be able to perform echocardiogramRadiology Partners is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal opportunities in all our employment practices.
