The Supervising Pharmacist will oversee a small retail pharmacy team, ensuring effective medication management and adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves minimal direct patient interaction and emphasizes leadership, prescription review, and team supervision within a focused retail environment. The ideal candidate will hold a PharmD degree and possess a vaccine license, enabling them to support patient care and compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of pharmacy staff (1-5 members)
• Manage medication dispensing and inventory accuracy
• Review prescriptions for safety and regulatory compliance
• Provide patient counseling as needed with minimal direct interaction
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation

Required Qualifications

• PharmD degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with vaccine administration license
• Extensive pharmaceutical knowledge and regulatory compliance experience
