Enterprise Technology Payments Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate in the Enterprise Technology sales organization, you will support Sales Managers and Client Managers by coordinating sales activity, preparing client materials, and tracking pipeline progress to help drive retention and growth. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sales processes run efficiently and accurately. You’ll apply disciplined execution and risk awareness as you support deal activity and ongoing client coverage.

 

Job responsibilities

• Create and customize client presentations to support sales initiatives

• Conduct data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for client development strategies

• Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for client growth and engagement

• Document deal solutions and proposals and prepare materials for client presentations and negotiations

• Support the development and maintenance of account plans and documentation for account reviews and strategy sessions

• Schedule and coordinate client calls and meetings, ensuring logistics are handled efficiently

• Prepare and distribute client briefings before meetings, and document and distribute call reports capturing action items

• Monitor and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely data entry

• Track the progress of sales opportunities and provide regular status updates to the sales team

• Identify potential bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements

• Operate with a risk-based mindset with strict adherence to compliance, controls, and quality standards

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales, client management, relationship management, or a related field

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Proficiency in Cust Relationship Mgmt (CRM) tools to maintain accurate, timely records

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong judgment and a consistent focus on risk awareness, compliance, and controls

• High standards for quality and accuracy in written materials and work product

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
